Yatra.com did not book or refund but debited money

Hi,

I booked three tickets of domestic flight from Bangalore to Kolkata through Yatra.com online on 11 th. April.by my debit card. Money was debited immediately but it was showing that my booking was unconfirmed and it will be refunded within 72 hours. Today is 9th day after my money was debited unnecessarrily without confirmed booking. I have mailed several times and only once got a vague reply that they are trying to process my refund. They also said that they need my card number to process it. I wonder, why are thet asking my card number after 9 days. I have sent few mails after that. I don't know what to do now. How people are trying to cheat others. I wonder how this big company has become a big cheater like this.
