Easy Cab Hyderabad
Non compliance and No information

I am from Hyderbad I booked Easy Cab Taxi (Tel No 040 43434343) on 26 July at 9.55 PM to drop family on July 28 at 9.00 AM in the morning From Somjiguda, Raj Bhavan Road to Secunderabad Rly station The man on other side confirmed me and later send meSMS confirmation No B000134

Next day when I saw upto 8.50 AM no SMS for Taxi No and Driver Cell No I called again the Cab centre where the lady on other sde said "Sorry sir no Taxi is available for which we have send SMS - She was just laing and No SMS came nor any call

This is very bad on Easy Cab part & I was travelling with my wife with heavy baggage and in the last minute I could not get taxi and had to go by Auto in very unconformable ways

Very poor response may be they have more customer / Customer care is horriable in Easy Cab - I will never use Easy cab and advise all my friend not to use Easy cab -Unreliable
