Refund not got!!!

I got my ticket cancelled through Mr. Yusuf Broachwala of Elite Travels and Services (www.elitetravels.in).. I received a refund after some delay..When I deposited the refund cheque in the bank, it bounced citing "insufficient funds in the account" as the reason..Since the past 3-4 months I have been constantly mailing and calling to the given addresses, but in vain..I don't know what will happen of my money..I am going to file a case in the court about this.
