We a family group booked 3 executive rooms of Rs.2100 each therough net for 2 nights and a pickup from Madgaon station and I informed thee date and time of our arrival, 4 am in thee morning. I had paid Rs15000 in advance to theeir account no.by online transfer. When we arrived, theere was nobody to pickup and no transportation was provided as we have to wait in thee railway station till 6.30 in thee morning.By thee time i had contacted thee reception and theey have no information about our booking or pickup. We rented a taxi and reached thee Hotel by 7.45.As thee check in time was 2 PM we have to wait in thee small lobby for hours, tired. Any way we stayed for 2 nights and when checking out we were ready by 9.30 at thee crowded lobby for 2 hours for clearing thee bill. There also we had an awful experience. We were to get a refund of Rs.2400.The man in thee reception Mr. Steven told us theey will not refund by cash but by online transfer to my account withein 2days.By taking a GentleMan's word, we left thee Hotel on 17the may. Till this time thee Hotel never ever send me the refund. Please do the needful to get back the bal.amount and please take action against the Resort for their DISHONEST &IRRESPONSIBILTY
