I Jagjit Singh resident of #3169, 23D, Chandigarh purchased a two Holiday Packs in Sept from Exoctictimeclub ID .no 30127 and 30128. The concerned representative have misguided me and I am unable to avail the facility yet. I tried to contact the company many times on customercare. I have asked to file the voucher which I did within the prescribed time but still have not get any redressal. It is a total fraud with me I want the justice otherwise I move to consumer court to get the redressal.
