Membeship and Payment of Rs. 6600/-

Application No. 50220 in the name of Dinesh Kumar Sood dt. 05-1-

extension of 5 months from the expiry date of membership i.e 05 januaury 2012 also conveyed vide a mail by their Gurpreet Kaur, Concierge Manager, vide her mail dated :17th May

Summary of offers that come along whith membership:

1. Holidays & Travel : 4 days and 5 days of free accommodation for 2 adults 2 kids across 1000 properties in India and abroad; Flight Offer: upto 25% discounts on the all available flights fare of all international & and domestic flights, once in a year.

2. Pampering: 6 Free Pampering Vouchers (includes massages, haircuts, facilas etc. - valid across top saloons/in your city (Though with hyphen it was written in your city, but assured by the representatives that these are available all over the country.

3. Dine & Wine: Dish docounted 25% flat, offer available across an Exhaustive list of restaurants across the city. 10 extra dinning vouchers- (but assured by the representatives that these are available all over the country).

4. Entertainment: Free night club entry-in the expensive nightclubs-No entry charges for a couple, 6 vouchers.

This has been assured by Exotic Club Hlidays Pvt. Ltd. Chandigarh-Their email address is info@exotictimeclub.com-their telephone no.s 0172 4666008, 5025063, 5062060, 5000987-only 2 mobile nos given by one Mr. Amit at the time of initial approaching- 9780616386 & 7206892552-these mobile no.s have not responded thereafter, nor any trace of Mr. Amit is available/traceable. One Mr. Jai Singh also one sent one mail on the company's behalf, but most of the talkings and a few mails have come from Ms. Gurpreet Kaur, their Concierge Manager-last time she talked-she phone up and assured to provide her Mobile no. and send a detailed mail, but did not do so!

All the abovesaid facilities have never been provided, on one pretext or the other-the company's local representatives as mentioned above seem to have been instrumental in enticing people and marking time by offering false promises.

The internet is agog with similar compaints.

A stringent action need be taken against them under the Consumer laws:
