Hi

This is Archana A Panchal, I had made booking in march from Bangalore to Ahmedabad thru ezeego1 using debit card.com, and as they mentioned on their site I am eligible to get 400 Rs. cash back on this booking with in 21 days, but now its been month that I have not received any cash back.

I sent them a mail numbers of times and I even spoke with customer care executive, but then there is no reply from their side,

It look like they are simply cheating their customers, they are fraud.

Please help me regarding this.
