At the time of flight ticket booking some error occured the amount is not returned till the date

Sir,

I have Booked four Flight tickets (Bangalore to Rajahmundry on 6th February) through goibibo.com on 21st January.and also booked three flight tickets (Rajahmundry to Bangalore on 9th February) through the same on 22nd January. At the time of Booking (Through SBI ATM CUM DEBIT CARD) Some error occured the amount credited to their account and also the flight ticket is not Booked.

From 21st Jan to 02nd feb no information given to me. After that complaint to goibibo.com on 02-02 (Complaint No is 912241) to return the amount. But till date the amount is not returned to me. I am very much suffered mentally till the amount is debited to them. No information provided goibibo.com to me. I called them Number of times. But their response is Very poor in this matter.

So, Please see the matter and help me to return my amount as early as possible and also take immediate action.
