Efund of money for failed transaction

I have booked online E-ticket to travel from Raybag to Bangalore (travelling date : 12-03) for two Adults on 14-02 (Transaction ID 0308784935) Amount : - 485/- (as per E-ticket). (booked from Bangalore). For the same i got the E-ticket bearing PNR no. 8408572749.

Payment Option: through SBI Debit Card.

But for the same transaction Rs. 495/- has been deducted TWICE on the same Day.(14-02) Another Ticket is also not booked. But the amount has been deducted. Pls go through this issue and get back regarding this issue.
