Dirty hotels and rude guides

Suggest people not to take greenline travels' packages without verifying. We had a bad experience in the Ooty, Kodai, Munnar package deal. The hotel in Ooty was dirty, with washrooms not usable, bad service in the hotel and the management indifferent to the complaints. Never go for the Garden View Hotel in Ooty. The driver for the sight seeing was rude and he didn't cover any of the points mentioned in the package list. Kodai and Munnar was a better experience, though didn't get the best of the money's worth. The hotels although mentioned as deluxe, lacks even the standard amenities... The Crescent View in Kodai was an exception though with good staff and clean rooms. The guide in Munnar didn't show anything in the second half of the tour. The return journey was a pain with the 3 hours travel from Munnar to Cumbum in a TT and then 12 hours from Cumbum to Bangalore. The movies were loud not allowing anyone to sleep either and the bus drivers were exceptionally rude. In total, except for the Kodai experience, the 10 days was a pain and vowed not to use this travels any further. Would also advise others the same.
