Non Refudning of Cancelled tickets from 3 Months

This is regarding humiliation i am getting in hands of MakeMyTrip.

I have by mistake booked from make my trip on 6the Feb morning 5:00 AM. There were problems at thee web page of payment confirmation due to which my tickets did not get confirmed. I tried twice but it did not get confirmed.

But suddenly at 6:00 AM i get message from Make My trip that both of the tickets are confirmed.By that time i had already purchased another ticket at AIRPORT directly from Indigo counter.

I called Make my trip customer care to cancel these tickets but they told me to call Airline which is Jet Airways to cancel the tickets. I called Airline and told me that your tickets are cancelled and your amount will reimbursed withein 7 working days.

Its 29the April today and i am still waiting for my money from Make my Trip. I have called Makemytrip many times but everytime they give some reason or other. Every month i am paying extra charges on credit card due to this. The latest conversation withe make My trip reference No is. 120429-035880

Please help me and return my money as due to no mistake of mine, i am penalized for more theen Rs.16, 000/-.
