Not giving good inquire responce

Dear sir,

my self Dr. Hetal Patel.

I am goverment employ at CSC Bariya.

Last night (28-06) I want to go at Rajkot. It's my counselling for PG (29-06).but Santarampur- Reliance bus no- GJ 18 JY- 3276, Driver & Conductor came at 12 A.M At Lunawada. Actual time to arrive that bus is 9:45 PM.

when I request them to arrange seat for only one passenger. that they could'n do that. so I request to you that inquire for that bus, Conductor, Driver, & Control Point Santrampur...

If they can not give particular service, the why they responsible for that...???

I hope you inquire about this & help goverment employee..
