Cheat consumers on passport services

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Gtrr Travels, S.D. Road, Secunderabad are the biggest cheaters I have come across. They charged me Rs. 2500 for ECNR stamping on my daughter's passport (File No. HYDM05164810) though the service costs only Rs. 300 assuring me that they would get it done within 15 days. The service fees was collected by one Mr. Abrar who promptly left the company the next day, so I was informed. When I contacted them about the status of my passport their marketing director Mr. Anoop Singh (Mobile No. 9885075111) asked for another Rs. 3000 to expedite the process, which I refused to pay after speaking to the managing director Mr. Ravi Kumar (Mobile No.9848162867), who inspite of his assurances did nothing even after 20 working days, after which they have stopped receiving my calls. If they are not in a position to service their customers as they promise the money should be refunded at the earliest rather than cheating hapless customers who go to them with a hope of good service.
