Rude bheviour with passengers

Mentioned vehicle no. HR-58-8986 from yamunanagar to ambala around 8 am 07/11 that bus conductor do not have the manners to talk with the passengers and always shout on the passengers which i analyzed in 1hrs, this is public transport and he thinks that his own bus.

Please take serious action against him sothat he must have manners to talk with pasengers because this is public transport and it reflects our state image in front of others people

due to these bad elements our state image going bad or worse
