Sir I bought ticket for chandigarh from ISBT Delhi yesterday 11:30 (Bus# 0271), Ticket (868104, 653942, 037610, 223370). Then i changed mind to take another bus and asked conductor & Ticket Booker to cancel the ticket and return money back. But they refused and i had to pay without travelling in the bus. I am disappointed. Please suggest what to do.
