Horrible service

I travel so often to katra on volvo, i think heera himachal is the worst ever bus operator that one can imagine, their staff is abusive and condition of the buses are horrible. There AC's never work and stopover places are horrible. If anyone want to have worst journey of there life then they should try heera himachal.
