I've just finished my Amarnath trip (7th to 21st July) with Chalo Jaai, Kolkata. I must say the people they sent with us in a capacity of a manager are incompetent, specially Biswajit who was very rude & unprofessional in his attitude. Added to it are bad Hotel selection except Jammu & Pahelgaon. In Srinagar, the hotel's position was disappointing & in Katra the hotel rooms were suffocative (there was no window in the rooms). Bus which accompanied us throughout the journey was in bad shape-miserable suspension & comfort level was almost zero. It was my first tour with Chalo Jaai & my expectation was really high. I'm extremely sorry to say they fail to meet my expectation.
