No response after payment

This is Kalyan Konduri from Hyderabad and had purchased 2 travel packages vide transaction # 16068175.

During my call they promised so many things but after I made the payment and wanted a booking they said they could not do if it is with in 30 days (but they promised during sale).

When Rakesh from india travel called me and told that because of this false promise they charged that sales guy so he wanted me to cancel the reservation and in return he gave me his personal number to make any reservations in future and told that welcome kit will be dispatched immediately.

But as on today I have not received welcome kit and now they are saying that they dispatched it but it was not me who received it. I mailed them like 10 times and around 10 calls to their support number so far but have not got response.

I want to bring it to consumer cout's notice also about this fraudulent company.
