IRCTC.CO.IN not opening in morning 8am to 8.30am

Anybody wonders what technology irctc.co.in uses…as today I could not open the site from 8 am to 8.30 am at all. Even with 2mbps connection the site failed to do anything.

Sometimes even when the page loaded to fill the form for train inquiry, calendar did not load and u cannot enter the date manually, forcing to relogin.

Other sites like facebook, gmail etc has millions of users logged in simultaneously and they work smoothly on even 128 kbps connection.

Online tatkal ticket booking has become impossible now.

Don't know why irctc.co.in not entertaining individuals instead of agents. Please do strict action on same.
