We had book 5 packages from Mr. Rajeev Chaturvedi -customer service executive from hello travels/great India Travels as we had planned tour to kanyakumari.

we were not given services at kanyakumari so after our tour we asked for refund. after continuous calls atlast received email that your refund will be proceeded. however now three months have passed amount is not yet transferred in our account.when I call their executives are requesting to give 24 hours time and your query will be solved. everyday I call, i get same answer and now three months are passed and all by efforts are invain. hence I kindly request you to look into the issue to get me justice.
