I got a call on 25/08from heritage cards offering a free discount card from Tel No 01244941500 for which i agreed i was told there will be no charges for the discount card. Rs 4964/- were debitted to my without my consent. Till date i have not received any communication from their side.
This is the case of misguiding. How can i get my money back.
