I have been trying very hard to contact both the India Today Book club office & Big City promotions office since last two weeks after purchasing 7 nights holiday voucher for Rs 5943 but not getting any kind of response from them

I have made approx 20 calls a day in last two weeks but there is no response. No one can wait so long to get a response, i hope u can understand that.

No Membership no& web no

Dear sir/madam,

i purchased 4 india today book club holiday voucher for Rs 24000/- vide order no OGA090048151.

I got the membership no and web login no along with the invoices. But while planning to book the offer the membership no and web login is not valid.

How can i book this offer. i want to use this offer in April fsecond week. i am fedup with ur services for the last 4 months. no body is responding, if i didnot get any good results, i am going to consumer court in this regard.

such a big organisation like you doing like this in not fare!
