Dear sir/Madam,

Detail of complaint

I have purchase one holiday package from begittoday.com on 14th march

2011.Holiday package detail is given as follow:

- holiday Package cost-7000 Rs, should pay online(

http://www.bagittoday.com/itbc/c1184/landing.jsp) at the time of purchasing

package.

in response to that they will send you voucher which you have to fill and

send them back through post.

- After receiving the voucher you have to send a DD of 750 Rs to the

address&&--

In the voucher you have to fill the holiday destination place and date for

the holiday.

-After receiving your voucher within 7 to 10 days they will confirm your

holiday package and give you the detail of Resort and all.

I have purchase this package on 14th march and pay 7000 Rs online. I

received the voucher. I filled the voucher and with the DD of 750 Rs send

to the given address.

My voucher and DD is being received by the person named (Anshua) at their

given address on the 5th April.

I didn't get any response till 16th 2011 than I started to call them at

their customer care number. Initially they said that within 2-3 days I’ll

get response... but I didn't get any response... after few days whenever I

call them they gave me new email id to email my problem’s have done that but

still there is no response...

I asked them to give me there address they refuses to give that and said

that they are not authorized to give that...

I am not able to get any response except a forwarded mail.

Now they are just forwarding mail here and there and doing nothing …..

Now as I cannot use that holiday package as the time for which I have

purchased is passed so I want my money back...

Please help me out in that.
