Non-receipt of refund of cancellation of booked room

Dear sir,

I have booked a room on 14/12 in hotel padmapani park for accomodation of two person in economic double bed room. Due to some personal reason I had cancel the room reservation on 20/12.Hotel on 30/12 through mail had informed us that they have already sended the refund amount & it may take more some day for the get payment back as per their cancellation policy.

After that many times, we had call him to refund the amount, but till today no refund had been release by them.
