Inconvenience caused by the hotel manager and staff at the hotel SAI MAMTA CONTINENTAL, SHIRDI

We a group of 35 members went to shirdi last week and stayed at SAI MAMTA CONTINENTAL SHIRDI . we reached their by 5 in morning and got the room their at 10 am . the room was A.C. but the facilities were like that of dharamshala . the toilets were too stingy and the A.C. was not working properly too. at the A.C. was switched off manier times by the staff even though the light was their . but then also we all kept patience. the condition worsened when the manager demanded for more money even when the entire payment was done and completely switched off the A.C. too. their were many aged people in our group, he didn't thought of them too. the name of manager is SAIYAM. the food they provided was so unhygienic that many children fell ill. i would like Mr. Chhagan Bhujbal the tourism minister to take strict action against the manager SAIYAM and i don't think after the treatment we got would like to come again to Maharashtra as we planned for Mumbai next year but now no! no! no!
