Hotel Sun N Snow (Shimla)
Unhygenic Room and Service

I had booked 4 rooms Super Delux rooms in Hotel Sun N Snow at Rs.950/- per room per night and 10% tax extra.

On reaching the hotel we found that none of the rooms were and did not have proper ventialtion for air circulation.

Also none of the rooms were cleaned and were stinking from the open drainage outside the hotel as well as due to dirtyness in the room.

The flush tank was not operating, on bringing this to manager's notice he asked us to adjust with the situation instead of getting it repaired.

The condition was so unhygenic that we check-out without staying for the night, moreover when we we were checking-out the hotel staff came to us asking for tip of Rs.300/-.

When booking the room it was clearly requested that all rooms should be properly ventilated and should be clean in all terms.

When tried contacting the agent Shoghi Communications (HimachalHotels.in) they are now not responding at all.
