Change of Bus Type without our consent

I had booked 9 tickets by VOLVO SEMI SLEEPER bus for Manali to Delhi on 6-May-10. On reaching the pickup point we found that instead of VOLVO it was a King Long bus provided to us. I immediately called the agent India Advent Tours and asked why other bus was provided instead of VOLVO. The agent said both buses are almost similar and should not be a problem. Since I had an onward journey booking could not go back ot agent's office and argue further.

However when I had specifically asked for VOLVO buse because of comfort level it offers for long journey, the agent without even taking our consent changed the bus category.

I request everybody not to trade with that agent, it is located opposite to Satyam Restaurant on mall road.
