I am little upset as I have made innumerable calls to your Pune office and Madras also for extending this help as I wanted to plan a short holiday in DIwali time but after promising me all the time no one called back and I am fully convinced that if you have this type of attitude towards your new customers& I am definetly be sitting here without utilizing my Diwali holidays because now all the bookings must be over and I won't get vacancy anywhere.

I am a bussinesslady and totally detest this type of wastage of my time.
