Cheating in Bus Tickets

I have booked bus tickets from bangalore to coimbatore on Conti travels using http://www.customerneedz.com website. My ticket was booked and the amount was debited from my credit card. So i went to Conti travels on journey date and showed them the ticket.By seing the ticket they replied there is no link between customerneedz website and Conti travels for the past 4 months. Then how the customerneedz website showing the conti travels and collecting the money from people and cheating..

I called to customer care of customerneedz website no one is picking the phone i am trying for last one week. no use.

I can see the sevaral complaints registered against customerneedz. they are cheating public peoples openly.
