Indecent Behaviou

Dear Friends,

I have booked 3 rooms with swimming pool facility in the below mentioned resort on 22/4 at morning 10'o clock. I came there directly to book the rooms and the manager, think his name is Nizamudeen, agreed and told us to come and enjoy there at your time... By this i informed my friends to get ready at evening and i arranged food with 8 dishes for the party. And i informed him that we would reach there by 7 PM. But i reached there at 7.45 PM and he refused to give the rooms since we are late for 45 minutes. He replied that the room area that alloted for us are locked by the security and he went to his home and will be back by next day morning. We humbly requested to give the number of the security or address. He didn't know anything about security. Think about our feeling. He often tell lie and unnecessary excuses. We shouted to him regarding this and we questioned him about this. He replied " I AM THE MAN, I AM THE RULE" Very culture less idiot At last by enquiring with a security, i came to know the real reason that some foreigners are coming that night so that he made arrangements for them. Is it a business ethic? Kindly friends don't prefer this resort. There service is like this. If they are getting another customer that pays more, he will simply throw you away.
