Fraudster tour operator in Rajasthan

Hello to all. I had tied up with this fraudster named Jalender Singh Rathore, running a website incredibleindias.in for a 10 day tour of Rajasthan between 01Oct 11 to 10 Oct 11. Although the agreement was to pay 25% as advance initially followed by 50% of balance on commencement of tour and last 25% on completion of tour, the operator told me to pay the hotel fees at every place by giving lame excuses and finally I landed up paying Rs.2, 100/- more than agreed amount. The operator now doesn't pick up my calls and is avoiding my calls deliberately. Please beware of this fraudster called Jalender Singh Rathore. Though he is a Rajput and I thought people from Rajasthan are honest, he proved me otherwise. Wish the Rajasthan government and Rajasthan tour operators association take action against this cheater and avoid further cheating by this man of any foreign/Indian tourists.
