NON RECEIPT OF BOOKED ARTICLES

Sir,

I booked my articles (House hold) from Kalaikunda near Nimpura, weat medinipore, bengal to AFS Chabua, Tinsukia Assam through Speedage transport Service on 14/12/09 with full payment to the person Mr Rao. I was assured of the delivery within a week. When I cantacted Mr Rao he told that they have sent the booked items on 24/12/09 but it was not so. When I confirmed they lied to me as the articles ere still lying in their godown. Nowtill date 05/12/09 the items has not been recieved and me & my family are suffering. Plz Help soonest.
