Rail ticket reservation

Respected Sir/Madam,

I hereby to inform you as a simple people of india when we are going for railway reservation to any counter for any ticket from anywhere to anywhere, their is only waiting list tickets is coming but when we are asking the same ticket to rail agent for same day then rail agents are telling i will give you confirm ticket but the extra charge you have to be given & that is unaffordable price they are asking.

Actually they have tickets of every day but by another another name persons tickets.

So please take the action against all Rail agents (Authorized/Unauthorized) so that a simple people can reserved his tickets by all your Government procedure.
