I had on 5th of dec reserved 5 tickets online

1) Trichy to Ernakulam (one ticket) on 20/01/12

2) Kollam to Ernakulam on 22/12 (4 tickets)

My account debited, but I am not able to view or take print out of the e-tickets

what is the fate of the tickets?
