India Today Book club-holiday voucher
Regarding poor service by India Today Book clu

Dear sir/madam,

I had paid Rs 5943 to India Today Book Club in June vide order number-MITBC-WEB-22422415. I was written on the letter that the voucher is valid for 9 months from date of purchase of ITBC pack. I sent the voucher code request form in June itself at the address given by India Today Book Club -Premier sales promotions Pvt Ltd, PO box-5042, Bangalore-560001. After repeated requests I finally received promo code in September and three months were already wasted in obtaining the promo code. After that the real problem started as whenver i have tried to contact Big city promotions or the website-www.resort-store .com mentioned in the promo code letter, they always told me that accommodation is not available in the resorts abroad whichever country I wanted to visit. Finally 1 month back I thought to avail the accommodation inside India and I was shocked to see the following message on the website- “Sorry we have been unable to match your request due to high demand. Please amend your search and widen the search criteria.” Does it mean that there is no resort in India where accommodation is available in Februay or March. When I contacted India Today Book Club for the refund, I was told that Refund won’t be possible as I have received the promo code. My question to India Today Book Club is that after so much trust I paid them Rs 5943 and afterwards they want to wash their hands off and refuseto reinburse the abovesaid amount.

I want full and final refund of Rs 5943.
