Summary of Case.

a) I was pursued by India Today to purchase the article, where they would give the free holiday ono payment of Rs 800/-

b) Sir I paid the money through the Demand Draft.

c) For last five month and various phone calls and reminder both India Today and Big City hav not been taking any action for awarding me the holiday in either of the three location

i) Lonalvala

ii) Alibag

iii) Daman.

d) You can see I have sent almost 57 reminder. Both India Today and Big City have entered in this scheme to get the customer in their net and then not honour their commitment...!!

Please send Notice to the Managing Director of India Today and he may be called to the consumer court to answer this case.

A) He should be directed to withdraw the scheme from the Market.

B) Publically Apologies for running such fraudulent schemes

C) Make good the mental Anguish cased to me by their employee attitude.

Big City Manging Director

A) should be barred from sending the circulars to the customers.

B) Should publically Apologies for being part of the Fradulen Schemes.

C) Make good teh mental Angusih caused to be by their employee attitude.
