Non receipt of Holiday stay voucher code

On 26th August I purchased holiday stay vouchers from ITBC & as 'directed' sent the 'voucher code request form' to Big City Promotions on 30/12. I was informed that this would be processed & sent to me immediatedly. Since there was no response I called on several occassions before I finally managed to talk to Big City off (08040554870) on 21st Jan when I was informed that I would get the code confirmation in 4/5 working days. Since then I called innumerous times, waited upto 15 mins on each occassion without any human interface. All i get to hear is music & asking me to wait! If i call the main telephone no. (08040554800), i am directed to call the other no.!! I believe it is time the Govt. stepped in & put an end to fraudulent operations of companies like ITBC & Big City.
