Non refund of unused hotel accommodation charges due to sickness

On 12 November One Room Accommodation was booked through "Journey, Mr. Jatinder Singh, G-1, Sansakar Tower, Aditya Vihar, Jaipur and Rs 8000/- charges was paid vide SBI Jaipur Cantt cheque No-289681 dated 12 Novmber 2009. But after 15 Minutes the accommodation booking was cancelled due to sickness of the son and Journey was informed to refund the amount of booking. The owner and emloyees of Journey were approached by the undersigned many time for refund of my booking amount, but they fail to do so
