Conmen, incompetent, insulting, offensive

J.P travels' Dinesh (manager) conned me. I went to him to get my passport renewed. First he didn't get me an ECNR stamp so i had to pay him extra for the same and then my passport came with wrong address so that I had to pay him extra for its rectification too. And then to top it all, after taking the money, he refused to get the address changed. When i asked him to do so, he was extremely rude and offensive and insulted me. I had to go and get my money back from him at my own expense. I had to face a lot of harassment and mental turmoil during my dealings with him. I had a totally horrendous experience with J.P Travels and its manager Dinesh. I wouldn't wish such an experience on anybody, so beware.
