Refund of Failure Transaction yet to be Received

I had booked tickets on 19-05 through the KSRTC website. The transaction got failed at the first time but the amount got debited from my credit card. The failure message stated that the ticket amount would get refunded in 3 days but i am yet to get the refund. Almost a month has passed and i am yet to get the refund.

Meanwhile i have written 4 mails to onlinerefund@ksrtc.org but there seems to be no response. Also i have tried calling the contact number given in their website like a hundred times but no response at all.

Please help to get this issue resolved at the earliest.
