When i was trying to book a bus ticket online in kesineni travels on dec 20th it was failed due to some net problem. i didn't get any ticket but the money was debited from my account. i called so many times to help line, no response they wasted my phone balance i was in line nearly 5 to 6 min. and sometimes they received the call and were telling that within 10 to 15 working days money will be credited. till now they didn't credit my account. nearly 2 months over...
