Staff behaviour at the Pune office (Ruby Hall) brach is very bad

Staff behaviour at the Pune office (Ruby Hall) brach is very bad. I have even seen the person is even manhandiling the customer. As thebus was 2 hours late and it was around 1:00 am in the morning. That behaviour makes lot of problems to all the other customers like me who need to catch other trainin the morning. The staff is not worried about customers he was busy with the fight. When we were asking to start the bus he was even shouting on us. This just happends today morning. Later on all the travellers in the bus descided not to travel in Kesiseni again anymore.
