My membership id is 999000758 in the name of Rajinder pal Singh, i had purchased the holiday voucher and subsequently send the application form no 010839 alongwith demand draft for Rs 750.00 on 1.12.2010.

I did not recieved any response from the company till date, however i tried to contact them several times telephonically, but their telephonelines seem to be put on recording which always speak"Busy at the moment try later" even on holidays.

In between the call was answered by Mr Paresh and Mr Ankit, which confirmed that my application has been recieved by them on 6/12/10, and they are processing the same and will inform telephonically or by mail but till date no response have been recieved from their side, as after my 3 alternative dates for 3 alternative locations i will be going abroad, by which i will unable to use the voucher.

Hence there is hardly any time left, you are requested to refund my amount on account of booking, as i shall be forced to take legal action on the company.
