Fraud company

1touchsolutions is a fraud company. My mobile number is 9920977080 and membership id: 20100904843. I did not get the booking. They gave me boooking for lonavla just before my membersship expiry from sat to sat. Then on friday they callled up and said resort is full and cant give. So i told them my memebership will expire so they said no worries we will extend by 3 months but now no luck.. They are not replying to my emails and customer care number always comes busy.

I am planning case against them in consumer court. Incase you also have same problem reply to me so that our case is strong.
