KSRTC
Amount debited twice

I had booked Ticket from Bangalore to madurai (Tamilnadu) via online payment of KSRTC. My money has been deducted twice from my account. they asked to send mail to 'onlinerefund@ksrtc.org' but mail not delivering to it saying no such mail address exists. I need necessary steps and also i need my money.
