Rail Ticket Not Booked and Money not refunded

This is to inform that I have been cheated a travel agent KSTDC New Hoysala Tours & Travels (R) located in Bangalore.

The agent was suppose to book rail ticket for me from Kolkata to Bangalore on 7th Jan'12 but same was not done despite their promise. Now when I am asking them for the refund of the money INR 6200 which was paid in advance vide internet bank transfer mode, they are harassing me despite my requests.
