NON-RECEIPT OF HOLIDAY VOUCHER

Dear Sirs,

I have purchased 3 CD's for Rs. 574/- from Living Media India Ltd. India Today Book Club, B-47, Indira Enclave, Neb Sarai, NEW DELHI - 110068 (Tel No. 011-40502424 Fax : 011-29534574) on 27.11.2009 received by me through Courier vide their Invoice No. ORA090089305 DATED 22.11.2009.

Further, their was Free Bag and Holiday Voucher for Rs. 5000/- for Couple. The ITBC Membership No. given to me for claiming the said Gifts is ITBC09160594. As per the terms, I have filled the Booking Request Form and posted the same to Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., P.O.Box No. 5042, Bangalore - 560001 on 06.01.2010. After repeated Telephone calls (Tel. No. 080 - 40554870) till today I have not received any correspondence from them.

Please look into it and please inform me for further action to be taken.
