MADURAI MEENAKSHI TRAVELS
REGARDING STUPID SERVICE

HI/ HELLO, this is DR.RAJA.S here... im going to share a worst part of my life travelling from chennai to madurai in MADURAI MEENAKSHI TRAVELS... Had booked a bus ticket in REDBUS.IN 1 month before for travelling on 02.11.2010 and the cost of the ticket was RS.720/ INR.. i thought it will be ok as we have booked a ticket in a good bus and we are going to travel in a good manner.. they had given the boarding point as koyambedu, but i have to head to koyambedu from kelambakkam the travelling time would be more than 2.30 hours, so i hd called the respective travelling agents of madurai meenakshi regarding the boarding point.. they said call me tomorrow we can arrange for that.. the next day i called them and they got my number and then said they vil call me back.. but they didnt.. again i called and they said cum to perungalathur at 10.00 pm (my boarding time at koyambedu was 8.30 pm). happily i started and reached perungalathur at 8.30pm.. there STARTS!!! i called three times, they attended the call and asked me that the bus is coming sir, u can catch it.. but to my surprise there is no bus like that.. then i called 10 times, they didnt attended the call.. then i called from sum other number, he attendd d call and said sir, i vil arrange sum seat in NATIONAL TRAVELS.. he gave me the drivers number, the result is nil balance in my mobile, i called more than 5 times, he said sir it will take another 1 and half hours.. i was fed up.. i was still standing in the road.. after nearing perungalathur the driver said, sir no seat in my bus too.. go n enquire at the booking office nu.. i went to the POLICE STATION near by, but the cop said, sir (naanga enna panrathu) vat can we do? VAT A RESPONSE?? again i called, he didnt attended the call for mre than 5 times, then again i called from sum other number which is mine only.. he attended the call and said sir wait for another hour, our volvo is coming and the tickt is Rs.1300/.. as u had booked already u can avail by paying an extra 100 rupees.. itz ok i accepted.. THE BUS CAME AT 11.45PM.. i entered and asked where is the seat nu, at last at last at last at last... ya the last seat on the right row, A/C bus too.. i was a ROBOT in that seat, i cant able too stretch my leg even to a small extent... it was paining severly.. ok i adjusted, but vat a pushback seat, it is VERTICAL 90 DEGREE.. how dare they are doing lik this... just think of my 8 hours travell... i was in a hectic tension, dnt know vat to do.. even i asked my dad can v file any complaint nu, my dad said no no, they are rich and they are politicians too, dnt waste ur time.. mind ur work nu...

im asking, vat for they are earning lik this.. and this is with the support of government and others like local police, etc.. VIL IT DIGEST!!! I PAID 820 RUPESS, vat is the result.. vil the government take any step... ABSOLUTELY NO!!! V R THE SUFFERERS... tis is the story of a DOCTOR, vat a layman vil do...

my suggestion, dont go for net booking and all.. n the important thing is dnt go for MADURAI MEENAKSHI TRAVELS.. i dont know about other travelss...

but to my surprise, SRM TRAVELS was very very very good... there was a person standing at perungalathur to help the passengers boarding and to move the luggage, very kind.. WORTH FOR MONEY!!! i think jus a smile is enogh fr everythng.. hereafter i vil try for TRAIN or SRM TRAVELS only...

WITH WORST EXPERIENCE...
