Short refund of cancellation amount

I cancelled an air ticket booked under make my trip ID FLT000015492816. The refund amount as per rules is Rs.5316/- out of which Rs.2634/- has been credited to my credit card account. When I noticed the discrepency I made a complain to make my trip and on being contacted over phone by me they informed me that the shortfall amount of Rs.2682/- has been credited to my credit card account on 19.07.2010. The credit is not reflected in my card statement and I think the company officials are lying.
