Non-refund of cancellation amount

I booked a ticket from Lucknow to Mumbai for 11/11/09 by Kingfisher Airlines through Makemytrip (Sale ID - FLT000007688994). The flight got cancelled & I gave a request for cancelletion of ticket. Instead of refund amount Rs 5692, I received a refund of Rs 240. I have contacted their customer care executive several times but everytime they ask me to wait for another 48 hrs.
